Starting with collection in Guangzhou and Yiwu.
Clarify cargo details, transport connections and destination delivery before dispatch.
Start with your shipment
Our Brazil route is in operation. We assess cargo volume, product properties and the delivery address, agree the stages we will handle, then discuss transport and delivery arrangements.
Discuss my shipping planProvide the package count, weight, volume and ready date for each batch to discuss whether LCL is suitable, how collection will work and how departures should be coordinated.
Provide the container type, loading location, cargo list and planned dates to check loading requirements, sailing schedules and destination handover.
Tell us about existing bookings, transport or import arrangements so we can confirm Bacha's role, handover documents and each party's responsibilities.
Your shipment, stage by stage

so information travels with the cargo.
Check the products, cargo volume and receiving details, and agree acceptance conditions, cost coverage and required information.
Confirm the cargo and destinationConfirm the Guangzhou or Yiwu collection address, shipping marks and delivery time, then check the package count and cargo details on arrival.
Match the cargo to its listCoordinate booking, container loading and export formalities as agreed, checking the relevant documents and cargo handover details.
Confirm dispatch and handoverFollow dispatch, transit and estimated arrival updates. Recheck the onward plan if sailing schedules or transport arrangements change.
Distinguish estimates from actual milestonesCoordinate documents, declarations, duties, taxes and release according to the import arrangement, with follow-up for inspections or additional information requests.
Confirm import coordination and release conditionsCheck the address, appointments and receiving conditions. Arrange delivery or collection as agreed, and follow receipt confirmation and any exceptions.
Confirm the final delivery outcomeTell us your preferred receiving date when enquiring. Collection waiting time, international transport, customs clearance, cargo release and final delivery each affect the overall schedule. Confirm port-to-port and door-to-door timings separately.
For replenishment, platform warehouse deliveries or sales events, allow time for additional documents, inspections, port operations and delivery appointments. The estimated schedule is confirmed for your cargo and shipping plan.

Before dispatch
Declarations & product requirements
First confirm the importer and import arrangement,
then agree the documents, product requirements and coordination needed.
Prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents for the agreed import arrangement. Check product names, quantities, packaging, weight, values, and shipper and consignee details.
Confirm the product classification code (NCM) and required importer information in advance. Check certificates of origin, licences, registrations and certifications against the goods and applicable requirements.
The shipper provides accurate, complete product and transaction information. The importer and relevant service providers prepare registration, declaration or licensing documents as agreed.
Even when customs clearance is delegated or duties and taxes are included in the quotation, confirm the importer, responsibility for taxes, required cooperation and available delivery documents first.
The following are areas to check. Requirements depend on the product, model, use and import arrangement. Acceptance must be confirmed first.
For products with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or other communication functions, provide model details, technical specifications and existing documents so applicable telecommunications certification and approval requirements can be checked.
Read ANATEL's official guidance ↗Check whether the specific product and NCM fall within the regulated scope, then confirm applicable certification, registration or import requirements. Broad labels such as “electrical goods” or “toys” are not enough.
Read INMETRO's official guidance ↗For food, cosmetics, medical devices and similar goods, provide ingredients or composition, intended use and existing registrations or licences so the relevant product and import requirements can be checked.
Read ANVISA's official guidance ↗Before delivering cargo, confirm acceptance conditions, documentation, labelling and packaging requirements. Recheck them if cargo information changes.
Costs & service scope
When comparing options, align the cargo details, charging units, service start and end points, and cost coverage. A freight rate alone does not show the total shipment cost.
Discuss the cost coverageCheck delivery or pickup, packaging, collection handling and export formalities, and agree who pays for each item.
Confirm whether charges are based on weight, volume, container type or another basis, together with transport arrangements, eligible cargo, extras and quotation validity.
Confirm whether import duties and taxes, customs clearance and destination handling are included. Taxes must be assessed according to product classification, value, import arrangement and destination.
Check that the exact address is covered and whether appointments, unloading, redelivery or other requirements incur extra charges.
For inspections, extended storage, container detention or address changes, check the triggers, charging basis and agreed responsibilities. Reconfirm the quotation if the cargo or service scope changes.
Destination delivery & follow-up
Clarify the receiving location and handover conditions in advance to coordinate customs clearance, cargo release and final delivery. Tell us promptly if the warehouse address, opening hours or appointment requirements change.
Contact a service adviserConfirm the address, postcode, contact, receiving hours, vehicle access and unloading conditions. For warehouse deliveries, provide appointment, inbound reference and labelling requirements.
Link collection details, dispatch information and orders, and follow transport using updated logistics milestones. Contact your adviser to check progress.
Follow delivery and receipt records as agreed. Report shortages, damaged outer packaging or other exceptions promptly with quantities, photographs and on-site records.
If documents, inspections, sailing schedules or receiving arrangements change, first check the reason and required cooperation, then confirm the onward transport and delivery plan.
Know more before you ship
Clarify the conditions that affect your shipment
before arranging dispatch.
Start with specific product names, uses or materials, cargo photographs, package count, weight, volume, destination city and receiving requirements. Mark anything still uncertain so your adviser can follow up against the shipping needs.
We must first check the intended use, actual importer and available import arrangements. Explain who will receive the cargo and what documents are available, then confirm whether a suitable service can be offered. Selecting a tax-inclusive option does not remove the need to check import conditions.
First provide brands and models, intended use, photographs and specific product characteristics. Batteries, wireless functions, liquids or specialist uses may involve different transport and product requirements. Acceptance and arrangements can be assessed once the information is confirmed.
Check the quotation breakdown. Confirm taxes, destination handling, delivery coverage and exception charges item by item. Tax-inclusive does not mean all certification, inspection, storage or additional delivery charges are included.
Confirm whether timing starts at cargo handover, completion of collection or actual departure, and whether it ends at port arrival, cargo release or final receipt. Different bases cannot be compared directly; the estimated schedule should be confirmed with the shipping plan.
Additional documents, product checks, customs inspections, tax procedures and port operations can affect onward arrangements. Preparing information early helps coordination, but actual release and collection depend on the processing of your shipment.
Provide the full address, postcode and warehouse receiving requirements so route coverage and the delivery method can be checked. Appointments, unloading and any additional handling must be agreed in the service plan.
Confirm whether insurance is included, the covered journey, insured value and exclusions. Standard cargo insurance generally does not cover loss caused solely by delay. Any extended cover depends on the policy terms.
