Record customer shipping marks, collection references, product names, package counts, dimensions, weight and storage locations, and check them against the cargo received.
Check cargo details, receiving records and exception notes. Link the sailing, container and seal numbers, and retain loading photos and dispatch records.
Arrange delivery to the agreed address and follow delivery status and receipt confirmation, retaining reasons and records for any exceptions.

Before you ship
LCL suits smaller loads or shipments sent in batches; full-container shipping suits larger loads or a dedicated-container requirement. We discuss the options and costs based on weight, volume, packaging, destination and delivery timing.
We can discuss origin services, destination services or coordination across the full journey. Tell us what is already arranged, which stages you need us to handle, and the ports, container type and cargo details so that responsibilities can be agreed.
Confirm the chargeable weight or volume, transport mode, delivery coverage, inclusions, exclusions and quotation validity. Changes to cargo, address or service scope require the charges to be checked again.
